3 Ingredient White Chocolate Strawberry Fudge

1 ½ cups white chocolate chips 
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
¼ cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries

In a slow cooker or double boiler, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in the strawberries, and combine until fully incorporated. Pour into a pan (I used a 8x4 dish) lined with parchment paper, or silicone mold.

Let set fully, you can use the fridge or even freezer to speed the process.

Once set, it will stay firm at room temperature.
