Homemade Fresh Ranch Dressing

1 cup sour cream
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk*
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon onion flakes
1 teaspoon dried dill
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well until fully blended.  Store in a lidded container in the fridge.

*no buttermilk? No problem–just combine 1 cup milk or half & half in a bowl with 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar and let sit for 5 minutes before stirring and using in the recipe.

Makes about 2 ½ cups dressing…can be halved.
