Frozen blueberries and using granola instead of oats make this dessert come together in a flash!

Super Easy Blueberry Crisp

4 cups frozen blueberries
2-3 tablespoons brown sugar or sweetener
1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
1 ½ cups granola (we use GF to make the recipe GF)
2 tablespoons butter or non-dairy spread such as Earth Balance

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a 9x9 or similarly sized glass baking dish, add the blueberries, sugar and cornstarch.  Mix well until the blueberries are coated.

Sprinkle with granola on top, and then drop little dollops of butter or Earth Balance on top.

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the blueberries are bubbly.  Let sit for 5-10 minutes or can be served a room temperature.

Serves 8-12 people.
