Basil Spinach Pesto

½ cup (packed) basil
½ cup (packed) baby spinach
¼ cup walnuts
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (1 medium lemon)
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and puree.  

Makes about 1 cup of pesto (can easily be doubled if needed).
