Chicken BBQ Ranch Burgers

1 tablespoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried dill
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
¼ breadcrumbs (I use Schar GF bread crumbs)
4 tablespoons barbecue sauce, divided use
1 pound ground chicken or turkey
For serving:  buns, lettuce, onion, avocado, or whatever you like!

In a large bowl, combine the parsley through 2 tablespoons of the barbecue sauce.  Stir well to fully combine.  Add the ground chicken and mix well to fully incorporate the seasonings into the meat.

Form into 4-6 patties and place back in the fridge for 30 minutes to set, or if you are in a rush, the freezer for 10.  (Patties can be made up to a day in advance and kept in the fridge until ready to grill).

Preheat the grill to about 350-400 degrees.  Grill on each side, about 4-5 minutes per side or until no longer pink inside.  During the last 2-3 minutes, brush each burger lightly with the remaining 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce.

Serve on buns with desired toppings!

Makes 4-6 burgers.
