Citrus Grilled Pollo Asada

½ cup orange juice
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
¼ cup tamari or gluten free soy sauce (use regular if GF is not an issue)
½ cup chopped cilantro
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 
1 ½ - 2 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a large bowl. Stir well. Add the chicken. Marinate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Preheat grill to 375-400 degrees. Grill about 5 minutes a side, or until no longer pink inside and a thermometer reads 165 degrees.

Let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Serves 6-8
