Roasted Beet with a warm Maple Dijon Dressing

8 cups of chopped greens
4 beets, roasted and peeled
1/2 cup pomegranate arils
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1 cup raw broccoli chopped very fine
optional: sunflower seeds, goat cheese
Dressing:
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon real maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon sal
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Place salad ingredients in bowls. In a glass Pyrex, add all the salad ingredient dressings. Stir well and microwave one minute. Stir again and drizzle over the salad.
